Create Data Dictionary for the DB

In order to ensure persistency of the plugin we need to create a so called data dictionary which describes the desired database scheme of the plugin. https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/database-schema/

User story

1. As a data base manager
2. I need to create a data dictionary for the plugin
3. So that I have an overview of all required attributes of a database table

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] A document that describes all attributes of an entity

Definition of done

• Can be demoed
• Fully tested with the unit test
• Code well structured and formatted (hold to code conventions)
• Clear explaination of code
• No syntax/runtime errors
• Codes are peerly reviewed
• Communicate issues by leaving comments on github
