Once the data dictionary has been created with #65, we need to implement the relations between the data tables, which have been described.

User story

As a data base manager
I need to implement the relations between data tables
So that we can do queries over id, reporter, assignee, status, criteria, project of a request

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Successfully related data tables

Definition of done

*Can be demoed

Fully tested with the unit test
Code well structured and formatted (hold to code conventions)
Clear explaination of code
No syntax/runtime errors
Codes are peerly reviewed
Communicate issues by leaving comments on github
