[TB] Automatic recharging of robots #145

User story

  1. As a SD
  2. I want / need to implement the automatic recharging of a robot
  3. So that if the FMS gives the order for recharging to a robot, it will drive to next charging station and recharges

Implemented VDA5050 recharging instant action on turtlebot side using kobuki_auto_docking. Uses infrared guidance for navigating last cm to charging stating. Demonstrated in Slack.
