User story

As a developer
I want / need to set up a first real use-case: one user is asking an example institution (a node with the role of providing certificates) for a certificate, e.g. person Alice is asking a university for a transcript.
So that a first information is created and added to the ledger

Acceptance criteria

nodes applied or used
ledger setup: the identify record
example transaction performed: exchanging the certificate.

Definition of done (DoD)

bill of material updated
ledger extended

DoD general criteria

Feature has been fully implemented
Feature has been merged into the mainline
All acceptance criteria were met
Product owner approved features
All tests are passing
Developers agreed to release
Align with Indy Walkthrough (https://hyperledger-indy.readthedocs.io/projects/sdk/en/latest/docs/getting-started/indy-walkthrough.html)
