As a user
I want / need the data displayed in Grafana over time
So that I can review the network status and ledger information

chart with data of 3 hours in Grafana for the 10 KPI´s of Prometeus.io created

Documentation updated

Feature has been fully implemented
Feature has been merged into the mainline
All acceptance criteria were met

Developers agreed to release
