User story

As a developer
I want / need a wireframe of the Grafana dashboard
So that I know which metrics to visualize and how, in order to implement it in a separate step

Shows basic structure of the dashboard
Shows which metrics to visualize
Select one "home" view to be implemented by spearate feature
