User story

As a user
I want / need data collected with indy monitor stored in prometheus (https://prometheus.io/docs/introduction/overview/)
So that information is in the end available for Grafana

Acceptance criteria

Indy monitor data selected
Indy monitor connected with Prometheus.io data storage
Data available in Prometheus

Definition of done (DoD)

Indy Montiro data is stored in Prometheus.io

DoD general criteria

Feature has been fully implemented
Feature has been merged into the mainline
All acceptance criteria were met
Product owner approved features
All tests are passing
Developers agreed to release
