Removal of channel visualization components - for stopped channels

User story

1. As a user
2. I want the signal heads removed from the plane after the channel has been stopped
3. So that improves visibility of signals

Acceptance criteria

• [x] If the channel is stopped, the signal head should be removed
• [x] Does not interfere with signal characteristics after the signal head is removed.
• [x] For the disabled channels, scale, minimum and maximum indicators should be removed/hidden from the window.

• [ ] Feature/Bug/Change has been implemented

• [ ] Code is documented
