Icons with description for each control column

User story

1. As a user
2. I need icons for all the columns(offset, amplitude and time sweep) with a description
3. So that the UI conveys information better.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Tooltips could be used to explain the functionality of each slider column.
• [x] All the three slider columns should posses their own icons.
• [x] Should not hinder visibility/functionality of other UI elements.
• [x] Tooltip should vanish right after the user moves the pointer away.

Definition of done (DoD)

• [ ] Feature/Bug/Change has been implemented

• [ ] Application compiles successfully

• [ ] Code is documented

• [ ] Feature/Bug/Change is tested by at least one unit or e2e test

• [ ] Tests have been passed without warnings (except "deprecated" warnings)

• [ ] Changes have been reviewed

• [ ] PR has been merged to dev branch

• [ ] New dependencies have been added to bill of materials

• [ ] Software architecture diagram has been updated

• [ ] All acceptance criteria are fulfilled
