Expand data base by locations, services and category

Description

Only office locations and services listed here are valid.

Valid categories are constructed as follows: "Safe Keyword of a Service (Column B)" -> "Category (Typ 2)" So a category could e.g. be "4HANA ->Technical Issue" or "Illustrator -> Account Management" This is done for each combination.

User story

1. As a developer
2. I want / need all relevant data to be included in the data base
3. So that I can refer to them if necessary

Acceptance criteria

• [x] office locations are included in the data base
• [x] services are included in the data base
• [x] categories are build as described above and included in the data base

Definition of done (DoD)

• Work products are uploaded to the Github repository and merged to the main branch
• If necessary, the bill of materials section of the planning documents is updated
• Code/feature passes suited tests
• Code is peer-reviewed
• Help documentation (README) is updated
• Fits into our architecture, where possible

DoD general criteria

• Feature has been fully implemented
• Feature has been merged into the mainline
• All acceptance criteria were met
• Product owner approved features
• All tests are passing
• Developers agreed to release
