Added the jupyter notebooks after removing sensitive data. Including security mechanism to make sure theres no such incident in the future.

Deleted all output cells from jupyter notebooks
Added a pre-commit hook that will automatically clear all outputs in *.ipynb files

Again this shows the importance of the pre-commit hooks functioning properly!
