The SumUp sales team wants to get a quick impression of how many potential customers a lead might have. To estimate this, rely on the the data associated with the location (regional_atlas_*) and do some simple calculations with that to create some form of indicator.
This indicator can but must not represent any real number (e.g. number of potential lead clients). Instead it will only be used to rank leads relative to each other (e.g. location_quality 101 is better than location_quality 42).
Acceptance Criteria
An indicator as outlined above has been implemented and is added to the output csv.
Leaving this as low-prio in here, since this item is somewhat contrary to our current sprint goal (feature instead of refactoring) but it used to be a high-priority item last sprint.
