User story

As a developer
I want / need a config based service implementation for Angular
So that I can take advantage of the Dependency Injection mechanism

Acceptance criteria

[x] Abstract class for token
[x] Dummy service for demonstration
[x] Connect with Docker

DoD general criteria

[x] Feature has been fully implemented
[x] Feature has been merged into the mainline
[x] All acceptance criteria were met
[x] Product owner approved features
[x] All tests are passing
[x] Developers agreed to release
