features:

commen-shared-models - lib for models in front and backend
EnvironmentService for the frontend
Implementation of BackendInterceptor
use prefix for backend - /api

refactor:

tier => kind - renaming of project tags

definition of done:

check the home page => apiUrl is displayed => will be removed, when the regular app component is implemented .

@IngoSternberg you could check in the .env.local file for local development. If the project gets some secrets (e.g. later for the authentication, that part can be encrypted using dotenvx and checked in and you can share the encryption key either per mail or more elegantly via dotenvx hub)
