Any time a connector claims access to protected data, the identity hub needs to check for authorization. Authorization describes the process of giving or denying the user permission to access the data.

Acceptance Criteria

• The identity hub checks for a contract between parties
• If a valid contract exists, data transfer is permitted
• If no valid contract exists, permission is denied
