Enable the backend to be started through the frontend

So far the connector can only be started through the command line. For better UX it should be possible to start the connectors through the frontend.

All following points are realized within the home-dashboard:

If the connector is not running, there should be an active and working button "Run" to start the connector.
If the connector is running, there should be an active and working button "Stop" to stop the connector.
If the connector is not running, the button "Stop" should be inactive or hidden.
If the connector is running, the button "Run" should be inactive or hidden.
