Finalize the Dockerfile to the latest version

User story

As a user, I would like to have a Dockerfile that includes all the latest updates (16.07.2024) so that the project is easy to deploy.

Acceptance Criteria

---

• Each component should have it's own latest Dockerfile (database, connector and frontend)
• The docker compose yml file should be updated to the latest version. The docker compose file is only for demo purpose only i.e. to show the ease of deployment.
• If necessary, comment/document what the Dockerfile does.

  DoD General Criteria

• Feature has been merged into the main branch
• Documentation should be updated
• Product owner approved features
• Developers agreed to release
