Make sure tasks are finished on time #43

Priority (1-3): 2

Impediment:

not everything of the last sprint was merged into the right branch on time, so the release candidate did not contain all completed features
not everything that could be released was release due to late submission

Notes:

some team members finished their tasks last minute, that is why the release manager was struggeling (justifiably)
one suggestion during the retro was to set a due time for pull request so the release manager has enough time to review the code and tag the release candidate

Solution:

[x] agree on a due time to open pull requests so the release manager does not come under tiem pressure

We agreed on Tuesday 8 pm as due time for opening pull requests, so that the release manager and the other devs who review hvae enough time to do that :)
