Orchestrator - Extend functionality for more scraping tasks #36

Description: The orchestrator functionality connects to the input configuration and checks if new content has been posted in any of the sources that are tracked in the config and saves the new content in the allocated database. The previously implemented orchestrator only accomodate Youtube and Podcast scraping, now its functionality should be extended to other sources such as Pubmed, Arxiv, NHS, recipe, Allrecipes, nutritionfacts, and other relevant website scraping.

Acceptance criteria

The functionality that checks if new material has been publicized in any of the sources tracked in the configuration functionality can be demonstrated.

@preetvadaliya Do you think this task is relevant after the refactoring or should I delete it?
