Setup Docker container and Nix Flake #17

The docker image is currently under ghcr.io/fhilgers/ziofa-builder. We should look into whether we can host it under the project namespace.

You can now pull the docker image: docker pull ghcr.io/fhilgers/ziofa-builder:latest.

We should also wait for the license setup before merging (#18).

Closes #11.
