Sculk Sword Ability To Do:

[x] Test all mob behaviors
[x] Add gamerule to allow/disallow thralls attacking creepers
[x] Add thrall list to players; max 3 thralls per player
[x] Make thrall glow only for owner - will do when validating use of mob on server
[x] Make thrall glow green - will do when validating use of mob on server

Buggy thrall behavior to be fixed in separate ticket #45
