Add special recipes for Infusion Cores #39

As mentioned in a comment on #23:

Brewing Stand: Brew Infusion Core with {item} to get Infusion Core (Essence of {Creature})
- Can do 3 cores per item
Enchantment Table: "Enchant" {ingot} with Infusion Core (Essence of {Creature}) replacing Lapis
- 1 ingot per core, consuming levels
- Maybe different tiers of infused ingots? May be too complex...

Due to the complexity of doing this, and because it's not critical, I'm delaying it.
