Ranged Thralls can friendly fire the player

It's likely that skeletons, strays, drowned w/ tridents, etc. may hit the player with their projectiles while attacking an enemy. This could quickly become fatal, so it would be best for these projectiles to:

• Ideally, ignore the player's hitbox entirely
• If that's not possible, deal no damage
