List of restricted files #107

Hello. I want to suggest you one feature. Can you make some kind of list of allowed files? For ex, when I click on directory and select upload to SFTP I want to exclude *.pyc files from upload list. Or you can use .atomignore file (which is for TreeView Ignore extension) for this feature. Thank you
