UploadOpenFiles and UploadCurrentFile no longer work #128

Hi, I'm on Atom 1.8.0 stable and SFTP-deployment 1.0.2. (Fedora 23 Linux) Today I have updated to Atom 1.8.0 and since then the 2 upload options UploadOpenFiles and UploadCurrentFile no longer work.

UploadSelection is still working.
