Favorites never show, says "Unable to load content"

There are some kinds of Favorites that cause the cloud API to return error 500.

Repros on iOS and web app.

I am having the same problem. Can't access through iOS app or web app. Rest of app is working much better.

Working on Android now. iOS still broken.
