Allow users to search for a course, and see all of its reviews.

The users can search for courses and professors. If we want too, I have created a separate issue about making the search better. Currently can be used to search also for course name like - "Data Mining" instead of "CS422". But for the most part this is done and an issue has been made for advanced search.
