fix size and alignment for frontpage icons #3

The icons in the front page are often a little odd - hoverover makes some pixels displace, the larger images look 'scrunched' when scaled down to ~48px. These icon updates will make browsers properly display without odd artifacts (and reduce size for many of them). It also slightly improves the spacing as a few icons were not properly aligned.

This is far better indeed. Thanks a lot :) About #1, I'm not sure this is what @SUTJael was looking for, I will let him answer/close about his issue.

1 is related to icons into the "features" section. We should find more appropriate icons describing the block content (same for donate).
