it looks like it's playing in the log.
can you try transcoding the flac file to opus using this setting in the config?
encode_target_flac = opus
Hey @Rafaeltheraven, were you able to make any progress on this with lachlan-00's suggestion?
Oh dear I completely forgot about this issue. It was related to an issue I've posted later on about metadata (#2075). The problem had to do with a flac file containing both vorbis and ID3 tags and would thus probably be solved by transcoding the file from flac to opus.
This is an old and solved issue so I'm closing it.

Description
Some files by a specific artists do not play in the Web Player. I can stream them with, for example, D-Sub, but the webplayer just refuses to play them. Looking into the console, I am presented with the following message: Media resource https://myserver//play/index.php?ssid=6ebef5229f468cab1de13d55d10fc836&type=song&oid=17995&uid=1&name=Captain%20Beefheart%20-%20His%20Magic%20Band%20-%20Ella%20Guru.flac could not be decoded. Interestingly enough, this only happens for 2 albums of this specific artists, and only the files that belong to 1 specific catalogue. I used to be able to play them, but somewhere overnight Ampache just gave up playing specifically this artist.
