pekka's compression algorithm is not invertable #7

We do not have a solution for the colour compression.

@priikone mentioned he was working on an alternative

@priikone has a pull request in the development repo that improved the compression both in inversion and in the handling of near neutrals https://github.com/alexfry/output-transforms-dev/pull/5.

May now be fixed, subject to testing.

New version is not in version 26, it does have inversion. so this is now closed
