I'm using Arch Linux and the avrdude package in it's repos has its configuration file path as /etc/avrdude.conf. However, during the upload process, ino searches for /etc/avrdude/avrdude.conf (to comply with Fedora if I read your change log correctly).
Can you please also add this search path or possibly even allow for us to specify it in the ino.ini config file.
