1) In the file window.html added:

used encoding and auto-formatting of the visible area to fit the size of the device screen
added connection to the api service 2) js files are placed in a separate directory

Since we are hosted on Ya.Cloud, I suggest using AppMetrick as an api service https://appmetrica.yandex.ru/docs/push/concepts/about.html
