Show Seats (Hold) doesn't work after reset to default #12

Description: Title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new profile in Arma 3
  2. Create a new mission in Eden editor, and place a empty car and a soldier outside
  3. Play as the soldier
  4. Press Left Ctrl, it shows seats
  5. In addon controls, delete the default key(Left Ctrl) of Show Seats (Hold)
  6. Click DEFAULT on the left of DELETE button
  7. Click OK twice, return to the game
  8. press Left Ctrl, it won't show seats anymore

Expected behavior: Should show seats as normal

Where did the issue occur?

Additional context: After step 6, if user drag "Left Ctrl" from list on the right, you'll see two Left Ctrl in the bind list.
