Current method of putting a command line invoker in `usr/local/bin/proselint` has `conda` problems? #510

There seem to be some issues around conda being able to find the proselint command line command when using an editable install. I'm going to look into this.

Hmmm…if you eliminate that file, and then do an editable install from within a clean conda environment, you don't get any output.

Going to have to table this for now…but damn strange.
