Dubious: extensible vs extendable #604

The following warning seems dubious:

outline.org:528:34: needless_variants.misc Needless variant. 'extendable' is the preferred form.

There seems to be some agreement, at least on english.se, that these word have distinct meanings. This distinction is visible in IT terms, such as "extensible programming", "extensible markup language (XML)", "extensible authentication protocol (EAP)", "unified extensible firmware interface (UEFI)", etc.

Thanks, agreed. The rule should have an exception for topics related to technology.
