Datagrab type and various parameters #3

This is a push with prepend and append parameters, as well as show_empty to hide the field when 0.

The datagrab type file is for import/export, cross-site

Thanks for this, will try it out. Perhaps it would be best to send the DataGrab fieldtype directly over to Andrew Weaver? He's been including many third party fieldtypes with the newer versions of DataGrab.
