As for this version, BioBash documentation is created inside the "builddocs" directory in the main BioBash distribution, specifically by means of the makedocs.sh script.
I think it is a good idea to create a new repository that "sub-modules" BB2 main repository and creates the documentation from there, so we can discard the "builddocs" in the BB2 main repository.
