Build fails with current nightly libampl #16

Builds currently fail with the 'nightly' version of libampl / amplapi downloaded by updatelib.py. The previous version, 1.4.0-0, does not work either. The 'nightly_backup' does.

The master branch had not been updated in a while and most of the development was happening in the testing branch. The version 0.6.1 has just been released and the changes were merged into master.
