Need to distinguish x-gurobi from gurobi #159

There should be some way to tell from the solve message whether it was gurobi 9.5 or x-gurobi 9.5 that was run. Maybe x-gurobi's solve message should say x-Gurobi 9.5.0 or Gurobi 9.5.0-x.
