rename image name `dnsmasq-precise` to `amplab/dnsmasq-precise` #11

There is a small error in line 8 of deploy/deploy.sh, the image name for dnsmasq is wrong, which shoud be amplab/dnsmasq-precise instead of dnsmasq-precise.
