Added update url to source list for apt #36

The changes below are necessary to successfully build the hdfs base image. Without then, open-jre will not install.

Just to confirm: I understand that you built and tested the images? What is the platform you are using?

I noticed that the Docker Mac OS setup is changing frequently so it would be good to confirm that all works there, too.

I'll try to get around to test the images next week. Great that you could update it for Spark 1.0.

@lbustelo Thanks again! Just tested it on Ubuntu. Merging this in and then will build the images.
