Cassandra storage #14

Added Cassandra as a storage backend and made the backend storages more easily configurable

Can you clean up this commit by squashing the commits into a more logical set? You can do git rebase -i to interactively squash a bunch of these. Check out the last paragraph here as well: https://github.com/amplab/velox/wiki/Contributing-a-pull-request

Not quite done going through it but it looks good from a first glance. When you get a chance, can you add a page describing how to set up Cassandra on a wiki page? Not a blocker for the PR, but will be useful.
