Add generic APRS TX function #5

Currently the APRS TX node can only create and send CWOP packets. This Issue tracks the addition of a generic APRS packet send capability.

I too am lookinmg to add APRS stuff other than weather and found this enhancement request. I checked out the examples and not sure if this has ben implemented. I would like to be able to add objects or itmes such as fires etc
