Docs: Add a list where developers can find all existing plugins #346

The current How To Use Plugins page contains links to external pages for each service. Instead, we should link directly to our GitHub repository where the plugin code resides. Also, we should also have a list where users can view all plugins together. For now, we can use the Amplication Plugins repository. Is this alright?
