Task - Update Schema import docs that we now also support MongoDB schema #408

Hi @GreenMachine01, is additional information on this one available on Notion?

no need for additional information. if we mention anywhere that the feature is supported for Postgres and MySQL and not for Mongo, we can now add Mongo as supported. if we dont mention it anywhere we dont need to do anything.

@GreenMachine01: We don't mention databases explicitly except for in Step 1: Run The Introspection using Postgres as an example.

I do think that this is a good opportunity to merge #363 and #367 into main. These two PRs are concerned with updates to the Import Prisma Schema pages.
