(docs): Implementing Paz's feedback and adding some screenshots to the Break The Monolith page to make it more visual.

Feedback: We need to explain all the buttons in the (2) toolbars.

@PazYanoverr, this should do it. I made some structural changes to the page, documenting the toolbars, and added real screenshots. Thoughts?
