(docs): Creating the first draft of the Custom Types & Actions developer documentation page.

This PR takes care of Issue #461.

@dericksozo - Thanks for the quick and efficient work! I am about to merge the PR, but let's add screenshots for the action and type creation themselves. Something like this (although not a good one :) ). I think it will assist in better understanding the new action (API) or type (DTO) creation's options-
