Revamp Plugins Docs #494

We need to revise our plugins documentation to better align with our current app functionality and provide more value to our users.

Remove the outdated Plugins List page
Transform "How To Use Plugins" into "Plugins Explained":
- Maintain existing content on changing and modifying plugins
- Add explanations and highlight differences between Node.js and .NET plugins
- Include information about .NET plugins (marked as coming soon)
- Reorganize content as needed for better flow and clarity
- Add a section on Plugin Guides
