Based on https://github.com/amplication/amplication/issues/2808 Let's discuss priority and what's the best wat to "expose" it.

Hey @PazYanoverr, what are your thoughts on having a Sample Apps page under the Learn sidebar category? It'll list out all the various sample apps from us and the community too, including the one that this issue references, so that developers can explore them all.
