re-used the workflows from dc-delivery-sdk-js

Release process is manual process

What is the new behaviour?

updated the app build to use the latest github actions checkout and node setup actions
use release-please to automate the release process (see dc-delivery-sdk-js)
uploads the code coverage to coveralls

Does this introduce a breaking change?
